غزوة أحد وقعت في السنة الثالثة للهجرة.

The Battle of Uhud took place in the third year after the Hijrah.

جمعت قريش جيشاً كبيراً للهجوم على المدينة.

Quraysh gathered a large army to attack Madinah.

أمر النبي ﷺ الرماة بالبقاء على الجبل.

The Prophet ﷺ ordered the archers to stay on the hill.

خالف بعض الرماة الأمر فنزلوا لجمع الغنائم.

Some archers disobeyed and came down to collect the spoils.

استغل خالد بن الوليد الثغرة وهاجم المسلمين من الخلف.

Khalid ibn Al-Walid used the gap and attacked the Muslims from behind.

استشهد سبعون من المسلمين منهم حمزة بن عبد المطلب.

Seventy Muslims were martyred, among them Hamzah ibn Abd al-Muttalib.

تعلّم المسلمون درساً في الطاعة والانضباط.
