المساجد الثلاثة

المساجد الثلاثة هي المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي والمسجد الأقصى.

The three holy mosques are the Sacred Mosque, the Prophet's Mosque and Al-Aqsa.

المسجد الحرام في مكة وفيه الكعبة المشرفة.

النطق: al-masjid al-ḥarām

The Sacred Mosque is in Makkah and contains the Holy Kaaba.

المسجد النبوي في المدينة المنورة، وبناه النبي ﷺ.

النطق: al-masjid an-nabawī

The Prophet's Mosque is in Madinah, and the Prophet ﷺ built it.

المسجد الأقصى في القدس، وهو أولى القبلتين.

النطق: al-masjid al-aqṣā

Al-Aqsa Mosque is in Jerusalem, and it was the first of the two qiblahs.

قال النبي ﷺ: لا تُشدّ الرحال إلا إلى ثلاثة مساجد.

The Prophet ﷺ said: Journeys should not be undertaken except to three mosques.

والصلاة في المسجد الحرام تعدل مئة ألف صلاة.

A prayer in the Sacred Mosque is equal to a hundred thousand prayers.
